PRIVATE SESSIONS:
Individual, couple and family sessions – an eclectic approach infusing aspects of the various trainings I have had over two decades that include traditional psychotherapy with various forms of experiential techniques.
WHOLISTIC HEALTH CONSULTATIONS:
Assessments through reading various physical “symptoms,” polarity (a wholistic energy based healing system that includes reflexology, cranial sacral, dream interpretation, energy readings, etc.) and psychosocial to provide a mental-physical-spiritual profile with follow up recommendations and wellness coaching
ISOTONIC FOOT DETOX BATHS:
Helps to release toxins through your feet as well as assist in assessing what physical/emotional challenges you may be experiencing (aromatherapy is also infused into many of the techniques described above)
